We want you to love your Feners pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original Feners box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
